CONFIRMATION OF CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by the Company on
9 July 2012 regarding the retirement of Advocate J.A Le Roux as
Chairperson of the Company with effect from 31 March 2013, and the
subsequent appointment of current non-executive director, Ms Santie Botha
as the new Chairperson with effect from 1 April 2013.
The Company hereby confirms that the abovementioned change to the board of
directors has been duly implemented.
