VOLUNTARY TRADING STATEMENT
A review of the financial results for the year ended 28 February 2013 by management has
indicated that the earnings per share and the headline earnings per share is expected to be
between 10% and 20% lower than the earnings per share of 46.4 cents and the headline
earnings per share of 46.9 cents for the year ended 29 February 2012.
The financial information on which this voluntary trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by Datacentrix’ auditors. The Company’s financial results are expected to
be released on SENS on or about 16 April 2013.
