RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of the company held on Monday, 8 April 2013, in
terms of the notice of annual general meeting sent to shareholders on 28 February 2013 (“the notice”), all of
the resolutions as proposed in the notice were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
Shareholders are further advised that the odd-lot offer, referred to in the notice, remains conditional upon the
filing and registration of the corporate restructure resolutions, as defined in the notice, with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission (“CIPC”). A finalisation announcement in respect of the odd-lot offer will be
published upon registration of the corporate restructure resolutions with the CIPC.
