UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 18 March 2013 referring to the second
provisional liquidation application against Angel Diamonds (Pty) Ltd (“Angel Diamonds”) (Case Number
CIV/PET/01/2011) (“the Second Liquidation Case”).
The appeal (Case Numbers C OF A 36 & 37/2012) against the dismissal of the Second Liquidation Case on
1 November 2012, was heard on 5 April 2013 in the Appeal Court of Lesotho and judgement is expected on
19 April 2013.
Shareholders will be advised of future developments.
