RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the detailed cautionary announcement
released on SENS on, 6 January 2013 which advised shareholders that the
Company advises that it is still in the process of securing cash from
various subscribers in order to provide guarantees to enable the transfer
of various properties to Ardor and renewal of cautionary announcement
dated 21 February 2013.
Investors who subscribed for the amount of R359 500 000 in the equity of
Ardor SA were unable to have their subscription payment released from
Cyprus banks were the funds were held. These investors are making
alternative arrangements and proposed to enter into a new subscription
agreement once the new investment company structures have been set up
elsewhere.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the Company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
