In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Santam Limited ("the board") hereby notifies
its shareholders that Mr BTPKM Gamedze will no longer be a member of the
company’s audit committee. Mr Gamedze will continue, in a Non-Executive
capacity, to serve on Santam’s Risk Committee and Social, Ethics and
Sustainability Committee.
