Further cautionary announcement re BEE transaction
Shareholders are referred to the announcements made on 6 September, 19 October and
30 November 2012 and 16 January and 27 February 2013, and the previous
announcements referred to therein, in which it was inter alia stated that JSW Energy
Natural Resources South Africa (Pty) Limited (“JSW”), the majority shareholder of the
company, has commenced a formal process to find a suitable BEE shareholder for
SACMH.
Negotiations are still in progress. If JSW’s negotiations with one of these parties are
successful, it may have an impact on the price of the company’s securities. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the company’s
securities.
