Exchange (the “JSE”)
The JSE wishes to advise that the listing of the above-mentioned company will be
terminated with effect from the commencement of business on Tuesday, 30 April
2013 due to the company’s failure to comply with the following Listings
Requirements:
1. Failure to appoint a Designated Adviser;
2. Failure to publish financial results for the year ended 31 August 2012; and
3. Failure to have the required audit committee composition.
The record date to determine the shareholders' register will be Friday, 26 April 2013
and the last day to trade over the counter will be Wednesday, 19 April 2013
