RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange,
shareholders are advised of the resignation of Mr Kersley Vinay as Group Financial Director with effect
from 30 June 2013. The board would like to thank Kersley for his contributions to the Group during
his tenure and wish him well in his future endeavours.
The Company will advise shareholders once a new appointment has been made.
