DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for OLD MUTUAL PLC and that as a result of
the dividend declaration relating to OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 71.925 cents per OMLNIJ share instalment that is payable
on Friday, 31 May 2013. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC credits were
utilized. This results in a net dividend of 61.13625 cents per share instalment. The final payment will
be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 19 April 2013. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 22 April 2013. The record date will be Friday, 26 April 2013.
