RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Italtile shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of shareholders held on
Monday, 15 April 2013 (“Meeting”), for the purpose of approving the amendments to the
Employee Share Incentive Scheme to accord with the applicable regulations of the JSE
Limited, all the ordinary resolutions contained in the notice of general meeting and
proposed at the Meeting, were passed by the requisite majority of votes.
