FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to prior cautionary announcements,
the last of which was published on 4 March 2013, relating
to the International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) in principle
agreement for the subscription of shares and partial bond
guarantee and the application for registration of a listed
medium term note programme, and are advised that the Company
is currently still in negotiations with the IFC,
which negotiations, if successfully concluded, may have a
material effect on the price of Trustco’s securities.
Accordingly shareholders are therefore advised to continue
exercising caution when dealing in the Company`s securities
until a full announcement is made.
