RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of ISA held on 17 April 2013, convened in terms of the
notice of general meeting contained in the circular to shareholders dated 14 March 2013, all the resolutions,
including the adoption of the Company’s Memorandum of Incorporation, were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission in due course.
