TRADING STATEMENT
In its results for the year ended 31 August 2012, RIN advised linked unitholders by way of a trading statement
that in light of the additional linked units that were issued as part of the capital raise in September 2012, RIN
anticipated the distribution per linked unit for the full year ending 31 August 2012 would be between
approximately 25% and 30% lower than for the year ended 31 August 2013.
Linked unitholders are advised that it is anticipated that the distribution per linked unit for the six months ended
28 February 2013 will be within the same range. The board of directors remains confident that the full year
distribution per linked unit will be within the range of 3.07 and 3.29 pence.
The financial results on which this trading statement is based have not been reviewed or reported on by the
company’s external auditors.
The interim financial results announcement for the six months ended 28 February 2013 will be published on or
about 29 April 2013.
