Further to the cautionary announcement dated 12 July 2012, the subsequent renewal of cautionary
announcements, the last of which was dated 5 March 2013 and the update to shareholders announcement
dated 9 April 2013 regarding the dispute concerning the sale agreement, shareholders are advised to
continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s securities, until a further announcement is made.
