Announcement regarding posting of circular and notice of general meeting
Shareholders are advised that a circular regarding the adoption and approval of the new Memorandum of
Incorporation (“MOI”), including a notice convening a general meeting of shareholders, was posted today Friday,
19 April 2013. The general meeting is to be held at the Intercontinental Hotel, O R Tambo International Airport,
Johannesburg at 12:00 on Tuesday, 21 May 2013, to consider and, if deemed fit, to pass, with or without
modification, the ordinary and special resolutions to adopt and approve the new MOI which complies with the
requirements of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and the JSE Listings Requirements.
The salient dates and times in relation to the general meeting are as follows:
