RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:
George Kostopoulos, the Group Company Secretary and General
Counsel of Zurich South Africa, has been appointed as the Zurich
General Counsel & Head of Compliance, for the Middle East and
Africa (MEA) region, effective July 1, 2013.
Mr Kostopoulos will accordingly resign as the Zurich South Africa
Company Secretary with effect from 30 June 2013. Recruitment for a
suitable candidate is underway and a further announcement in this
regard will be made in due course.
Dolly Mokgatle, Chairman of the Board said: “On behalf of the
Board and all at Zurich South Africa, I wish to thank George for
the contribution he has made to the Company. We wish him the very
best in his future role within the Zurich Insurance Group.”
