VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A NEW PROPERTY MANAGER
Unitholders are advised that SA Corporate Fund Managers has appointed Broll Property Group as the property
manager for its entire portfolio with effect from 1 July 2013 when the contract with Old Mutual Property Proprietary
Limited expires. The estimated savings in property management fees will be in excess of 20%. This will translate into
an estimated growth in distribution in excess of 1% from the inception of the contract. This information has not been
reviewed or reported on by SA Corporate’s auditors.
