APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that Mr Antonie Egbert Jacobs (“Antonie”) has
been appointed as a non-executive director of Zeder with
immediate effect.
Antonie has many years experience in an investment
management capacity in the agricultural sector and was
previously the CEO of Zeder. Currently he is the
executive chairman of Zaad Holdings, a subsidiary of
Zeder, and serves on the boards of Pioneer Foods and
Capespan. He was the managing director of KLK and
financial director of Winecorp and Spier Holdings before
he joined Zeder.
The board welcomes the appointment of Antonie and looks
forward to his contribution.
