Further to the announcement published on SENS on Friday, 19 April 2013, and pursuant to the initial
offer, 400,000 NewGold Platinum Debentures (the equivalent of a Block) referencing 4,000 fine troy
ounces of platinum will be issued and listed on the main board of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), in the
"Exchange Traded Funds" sector, with effect from Friday, 26 April 2013, at an approximate issue price
of R132 per NewGold Platinum Debenture.
