Shareholders are hereby advised that, with the exception of Special Resolution number 5
(general authority to repurchase shares) which was withdrawn, all the remaining ordinary and
special resolutions tabled at the annual general meeting of the Company held on
Wednesday, 24 April 2013, were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders present
in person or represented by proxy.
