REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of the shareholders of Sabvest Limited
held today, 24 April 2013, all the ordinary and special resolutions
proposed at the meeting were approved unanimously.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
