Results of Annual General Meeting
Shareholders of Merafe are advised that the ordinary and special
resolutions proposed at the annual general meeting held on Wednesday,
24 April 2013 were approved by the requisite majorities, with the
exception of ordinary resolutions number 6 and 7. The Company decided
to withdraw the two ordinary resolutions regarding, placing the
shares under the control of directors and issue of shares for cash,
following the engagement with institutional investors.
