LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWWAVE PLATINUM NOTES
Absa Bank Limited, acting through its Corporate and Investment Banking division has from commencement of
business today, issued an additional 400,000 Platinum Notes at an issue price of R131 per additional Platinum
Note, based on the spot USD price of approximately one-hundredth of a troy ounce of Platinum on 19 April 2013,
following subscriptions in respect of 400,000 Platinum Notes.
After the additional issue there will be 1,708,305 Platinum Notes in issue.
