Shareholders of MMI Holdings are advised that the current Group Company
Secretary, Francois Jooste, is unable to continue with his duties, due to
ill health. The Nominations Committee of the MMI Holdings Board has
therefore appointed Maliga Chetty as the acting Group Company Secretary
with effect from 25 April 2013, until a permanent appointment is made.
