CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that Mrs. Carla Stein has resigned as Company
Secretary of Blue with effect from 30 April 2013.
The Company would like to thank Mrs. Stein for her tenure
with Blue and wishes her well in her future endeavors.
Shareholders are further advised that Dr Schalkwyk van der
Merwe has been appointed Company Secretary of Blue with
effect from 1 May 2013. Dr. van der Merwe has joined the
Group from Mayibuye Group (Pty) Limited. He is an advocate
of the High Court and holds a Doctorate in Law from the
University of Pretoria.
