REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the eighth annual general meeting of the shareholders of the
JSE held yesterday, 25 April 2013, all the ordinary and special
resolutions proposed at the meeting were approved by the requisite
majority of votes.
The special resolution adopting the new MOI will be lodged for
registration with the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission in due course.
