RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the circular to shareholders dated 2 April 2013 relating to the
approval of Primeserv’s new Memorandum of Incorporation (“circular”). Shareholders are advised
that at the general meeting held today at the registered office of the company, all of the proposed
resolutions set out in the notice of general meeting included in the circular, were approved by the
requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Companies Intellectual Property Commission for
filing or registration, where applicable.
