Shareholders of Osiris (which has a primary listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) and
a secondary listing on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited (“AltX”)) are advised that at a
meeting of the directors of the company held on 26 April 2013, Ms. Sharon Ward resigned as a
director of the company and Mr. David Brown and Mrs. Tiffany Purves were appointed as
directors of the company.
