properties in Germany and the UK. The acquisition of the properties is subject to GoGlobal raising the
necessary funding and subject to conclusion and notarisation of binding agreements. More detailed

Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in their GoGlobal shares until a further
announcement is made.
