RESIGNATION OF NON- EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the board of directors of Hospitality hereby
notifies unitholders that Mrs Brenda Madumise resigned as non-
executive director with effect from 30 April 2013.
Mrs Madumise has been involved with the Fund since its listing
on the JSE Limited in February 2006. The board would like to
take the opportunity to extend its sincere thanks to Mrs
Madumise for the valuable contribution that she has made to
the Fund since her appointment.
