RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of Nedbank Group held on
Friday, 3 May 2013, all the special resolutions relating to:
the re-approval of the existing Nedbank Group South African share
schemes in terms of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008; and
the adoption of a new memorandum of incorporation (“MOI”) to replace the
existing MOI of Nedbank Group,
were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders, present in person or
represented by proxy.
