RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 30 March 2012, and the subsequent renewal of
cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 19 March 2013, shareholders are advised that
the 1time airline Proprietary Limited provisional liquidation is still being determined, which may have a
material effect on the price of 1time’s securities.
In addition, shareholders are requested to note the announcement dated 29 April 2013 regarding the
shareholder update meeting to be held on Tuesday, 14 May 2013.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities, until a further announcement is made.
