CLARIFICATION FOR NON-COMPETITIVE AUCTION
The National Treasury incentivises primary dealers through non-competitive auction
for participating in the primary auction and fulfilling secondary market obligations.
The National Treasury hereby clarifies the window for the non-competitive auction.
The window is open immediately after the close of auction on Tuesday until 16:30.
On Wednesday the non-competitive auction is open from 08:00 until 16:30 in the
afternoon. On Thursday the window is open from 08:00 and closes at 11:00.
For administrative purposes no requests will be accepted after the cut off time.
