CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Shareholders
are advised that Mr L Potgieter has resigned from the RAC board as an executive and
financial director with effect from 6 May 2013.
Shareholders are also advised that Mr Johannes Cornelis Van Niekerk has been appointed as
the part-time financial director of RAC with effect from 6 May 2013. Mr Johannes Cornelis
Van Niekerk is an actuary and registered chartered financial analyst and the board believes
that these credentials stand him in good stead to take up the role of part-time financial
director.
By way of background, all the functions of the Company, including the administration and
investment functions, have been outsourced to Regarding Capital Management Proprietary
Limited. Mr Johannes Cornelis Van Niekerk is a full time employee of Regarding Capital
Management Proprietary Limited. Because of this relationship he is available full time to
provide requisite service to the Company.
