In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
1time (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Tania Matsinhe has resigned as an independent
non-executive director with immediate effect in order to pursue other business interests.
The Board thanks Tania for her contribution to the Group and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
