In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14, SABMiller plc announces that its non-executive
director, Mr Cyril Ramaphosa, has stepped down from the boards of Mondi Limited and
Mondi plc, with effect from 3 May 2013.
Mondi Group has a dual listed company structure, with a primary listing on the JSE Limited
for Mondi Limited and a premium listing on the London Stock Exchange for Mondi plc.
