REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 48th annual general meeting of the shareholders of Zurich
South Africa held today, 8 May 2013, all the ordinary and special
resolutions proposed at the meeting were approved by the requisite
majority of votes.
The special resolution relating to the approval of the Company’s
Memorandum of Incorporation will be lodged for registration with
the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
