CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Oyama Andrew Mabandla has resigned as independent non-
executive director of the board of Group Five with effect from 6 May 2013.
The board wishes to express its sincere gratitude to Mr Mabandla for his contribution and
support to Group Five during his tenure of service. The board further wishes Mr Mabandla
much success as he pursues his interests outside the group.
