Further to the announcement released on SENS on 4 February 2013, RCL shareholders are advised that
all outstanding conditions precedent relating to the purchase of 49% of Zambeef’s shareholding in Zam
Chick Limited have been fulfilled, and accordingly, the transaction is now unconditional.
