DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of the Companies Act,
No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Liberty Life Group (Proprietary) Limited (“Liberty”) has
notified Netcare that it has disposed of a beneficial interest in preference shares of the company,
such that the total beneficial interest of Netcare preference shares held by Liberty is now 9.43% of
the total issued securities of that class.
