CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Shareholders
are advised that Mr L Potgieter has resigned from the RAC board with effect from 6 May
2013. Mr Potgieter served both as executive and the financial director of the company. The
board wishes to thank Mr Potgieter for his significant contribution to the success of the
Company.
The board welcomes Mr Johannes Cornelis (Jan) van Niekerk, who has been appointed as an
executive director of the company. Mr van Niekerk will also serve as the financial director
of RAC with effect from 6 May 2013. Mr Van Niekerk is an Actuary and Chartered Financial
Analyst.
