CHANGE IN FINANCIAL YEAR
In order to facilitate Hyprop’s conversion to a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), Hyprop’s financial
year-end will change from 31 December to 30 June.
The change will be effective from 30 June 2013 and will not affect Hyprop’s distribution periods, which will
continue to be for the six month periods ending 30 June and 31 December.
To comply with paragraph 3.15 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Hyprop will publish –
- abridged audited results for the 6 months ending 30 June 2013 within three months of 30 June 2013; and
- an integrated annual report and notice of annual general meeting (including audited financial statements
for the 6 months ending 30 June 2013) within six months of 30 June 2013.
