DEALING IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings Requirements, Bosjacob (Proprietary)
Limited (“Bosjacob”) purchased the following Premium linked units on 9 May 2013:
25 000 Premium linked units at a price of R21.00 per linked unit on the open market, with a total
value of R525 000.
Non-executive chairman Sharon Wapnick and managing director Jeffrey Wapnick each have an indirect
beneficial holding of 33.3% in the share capital of Bosjacob respectively.
Clearance to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
