APPOINTMENT OF NEW INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, RBA is proud to
announce the appointment of Mr Vusi Thembekwayo as independent non-executive director with
immediate effect.
Mr Thembekwayo completed a PDBA and a course on advanced valuation techniques with the Gordon
Institute of Business Science and also completed a Management Acceleration Programme (Cum Laude)
with the Wits Business School. He has already collected numerous accolades and awards as business
man, entrepreneur and international public speaker.
