FEEDBACK OF SHAREHOLDERS UPDATE MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement issued on 29 April 2013 notifying them of an update
meeting. Shareholders are hereby advised that the meeting took place at The Country Club
Johannesburg, 1 Napier Road, Auckland Park, at 10:00 on 14 May 2013. All the agenda items noted in
the announcement were attended to. Shareholders that were not able to attend the meeting should note
the following:
- A provisional liquidation order has been granted with respect to Jetworx Aircraft Service Proprietary
Limited; and
- An offer of compromise has been received by the provisional liquidator in the sum of R15 million to
settle all outstanding claims of all creditors of 1time Airline Proprietary Limited.
The board of directors of 1time will advise shareholders of the outcome of this offer in due course.
