DEALING IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Bosjacob (Proprietary) Limited
(“Bosjacob”) purchased the following Octodec linked units on 14 May 2013:
12 168 Octodec linked units at a price of R24.01 per linked unit on the open market, with a total
value of R292 153.68; and
172 832 Octodec linked units at a price of R24.40 per linked unit on the open market, with a total
value of R4 217 100.80.
Non-Executive chairman Sharon Wapnick and managing director Jeffrey Wapnick each have an indirect
beneficial holding of 33.3% in the share capital of Bosjacob respectively.
Clearance to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
