DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ANG SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI LTD and that as a
result of the dividend declaration relating to ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI LTD (ANG) the Trustees of the
Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 50 cents per ANGNIJ share instalment
that is payable on Friday, 14 June 2013. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC
credits were utilized. This results in a net dividend of 42.5 cents per share instalment. The final
payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 24 May 2013. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 27 May 2013. The record date will be Friday, 31 May 2013.
