APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Securities Exchange Listings Requirements, Seardel
shareholders are informed that Mr David Duncan has been appointed as an executive director of
the company with effect from 16 May 2013.
Mr Duncan has been with the Group for more than 30 years and brings with him a wealth of
experience in the industrial manufacturing sector. Mr Duncan is currently head of the Group’s
Textile and Industrial Products segments and is to be appointed as the Group’s Chief Operating
Officer in charge of the entire Group’s manufacturing concerns.
