CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
The board of directors is pleased to announce that it has entered into negotiations
with an international group focussed on agriculture in Africa (“the group”), which
has expressed interest in securing a strategic shareholding in Ububele through the
issue of new shares in Ububele for cash. The group wishes to partner with Ububele
to expand Ububele’s penetration into the African continent through the group’s
already well-established network and existing investments. If successfully
concluded, the negotiations may have a material effect on the price of the
company's securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
